ShopOnUSA Search Results and Content

When a user enters a search term into the ShopOnUSA shopping search engine, ShopOnUSA displays the results of your search. You acknowledge that the ShopOnUSA search results consist of information displayed by online merchants and other third parties on the Internet, and that we do not independently verify any of the information included in our search results. It is your responsibility to verify pricing, product availability and product description with the online merchant. ShopOnUSA only directs you to the Web site of the online merchant that you select. Content Submission

Disputes

You further submit to the legal jurisdiction of the state of California and agree that any legal action or proceeding regarding this Agreement and the relationship between you and ShopOnUSA.com, whether it be on a local, state, or federal level, shall be brought within the county of Los Angeles, California. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
